This specialist training day is designed to grow your skills in working with men who use family violence. It will provide practical tools and strategies you can apply directly in your work. The day is interactive and practice-focused, tailored to meet the needs of practitioners engaging with users of violence.  

 Learning Objectives:

  • Learn practical tools to add to your practice responding to common tactics of people using violence, including minimising victim resistance and inviting collusion
  • Understand ways to advocate for change with people who use violence while upholding their dignity
  • Explore community support and post group accountability for users of violence
