New Ministerial roles announced

Prime Minister John Key has announced the new Ministry of the National-led Government. The following have been appointed into Ministerial roles particularly relevant to family and whānau violence.

• Minister for Social Development: Anne Tolley
• Justice: Amy Adams
• Police: Michael Woodhouse
• Corrections: Peseta Sam Lotu-Iiga (also Pacific Peoples and Ethnic Communities)
• Whānau Ora: Te Ururoa Flavell (also Māori Development)
• ACC: Nikki Kaye
• Women: Louise Upston
• Senior Citizens: Maggie Barry
